Grain Operations Manager Impact:
The Grain Operations Manager at Didion Inc., will lead and direct the activities of our facility personnel. Your role will include hiring, training, and developing the staff to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our facility. Safety will be a top priority, and you will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of safety, environmental, and regulatory programs within the assigned area.
Collaboration will also be a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with internal departments to ensure that grain needs across all facilities are being met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing operating costs, developing and executing capital plans and projects, and leading maintenance and reliability programs.
Your focus on continuous improvement, both in terms of people and processes, will drive the success of our operations. By coordinating with grain merchandising, you will ensure positive customer relationships and effective planning to provide timely and cost-effective movement of grain.
